Our client is a real estate magazine and website dedicated to commercial real estate in New Jersey. They have successfully launched a Southern New Jersey edition and are expanding their sales team with a motivated, dedicated, and creative account executive in the South Jersey area.
Job Summary
This is a remote position with occasional travel for client meetings and events. The role focuses on selling advertising and partnership opportunities across the monthly magazine, digital platforms, and an expanding events calendar to executives in New Jersey’s commercial real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with commercial real estate executives and marketing specialists.
- Generate revenue by soliciting advertising contracts through appointments, events, referrals, and prospecting.
- Understand and sell both print and digital media, as well as event sponsorships.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain accounts over time.
- Innovate new revenue generation ideas for the publication.
