How you will contribute\nA Registered Nurse (RN)

who excels in this role :

Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs\nIdentifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions\nProvides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient\nPerforms timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record\nResponsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient\nPerforms timely and accurate QI assessments

What we are looking for\nApplicants should have a current state RN license.\nBachelors degree preferred but not required\nAdditional requirements include : \nBasic Life Support certification is required within

30 days

of hire.\nACLS and PALS are required within six months of hire.\nOne year of experience preferred
