Remote Blockchain Attorney Position with a Highly Regarded Mid-Sized National Law Firm

Our innovative law firm, founded by attorneys previously from BIGLAW, seeks a senior corporate associate to handle a variety of matters including corporate transactions, business counseling, corporate finance, M&A, and technology transactions. This is an exciting opportunity to work with clients in emerging technology sectors such as blockchain, cryptocurrency, cannabis, artificial intelligence, as well as companies in more established industries.

The firm operates nationally and allows for remote work, so the successful candidate can work from anywhere in the country.

Applicants must have 5-8 years of corporate counseling or transactional experience from a reputable law firm, with significant experience in blockchain issues, particularly non-fungible tokens. The ideal candidate will be capable of managing transactions with moderate to light supervision.

Preference is given to candidates who graduated from a Top 10 law school or who achieved high class standing from a respected accredited law school.

The selected candidate will have immediate client contact on a daily basis.
