Senior Software Engineer

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, modifying and developing software programming applications, ensuring customer satisfaction is met by all team members.

What You'll Be Doing (% of Time) :

• Develop technical architectures, design patterns, and implementation plans for all team members to implement. (30%)
• Be an integral part of the application development team, with special emphasis on implementing the business logic and data access layer of application code (C#, ASP.NET, etc.). Review, analyze and modify existing proprietary applications to correct errors, improve performance and add new features while exceeding coding standards. (30%)
• Mentor software developers and associate software developers in sound pattern based technical decisions. (20%)
• Troubleshoot and fix production issues found by customers and internal consultants, reported by software support team. (10%)
• Participate in Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Review and Sprint Retros as part of the Agile Scrum software development lifecycle. (10%)

Work Status & Location

This hybrid, full-time, exempt position is located in Plano, TX. This role is required to work onsite from our Plano office at least three days per week.

Pay

$105,000 $178,500 / year

Posted pay range is based upon national average and may vary depending on geographical work location.
