The starting rate for this position is $24.84 / hour.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the loading of bulk and bag trucks in a safe, efficient and timely manner from the designated silos as instructed by the Terminal Manager.
• Must be able to operate packaging and blending machinery safely and efficiently to produce quality packaged materials.
• Ensure that each load is completed to the customer's specification within legal limits.
• Unloads barges, which includes helping moor the barges in the unloading area, hooking up unloading hoses and electrical cables, continuously monitor the unloading process and safely operate manual unloading gates, air valves and blowers.
• Must adhere to company safety policies and perform work in a safe manner.
• Other key functions of this position include cleaning all areas of the terminal and grounds, and obtaining daily / weekly samples.
