Project Manager for IPO

A company is looking for a Project Manager (Investment Round & IPO) to coordinate preparation processes for an investment round and potential IPO.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage end-to-end investment round and IPO preparation projects

Create and administer the data room for stakeholders

Coordinate due diligence processes with various firms and manage project timelines

Required Qualifications :

2-3+ years of project management experience in investment rounds, IPO, M&A, or corporate finance

Understanding of fundraising and IPO processes

Experience with data rooms (Intralinks, Merrill Datasite, Ansarada, or similar)

English Upper-Intermediate+ proficiency

Ability to work under tight deadlines in a high-responsibility environment
