job_description.job_card.job_descriptionBachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field; master’s degree is a plus 5–8 years of product management experience with a proven track record in enterprise platform initiatives Deep understanding of product management principles and a demonstrated “product mindset” Experience with large-scale enterprise systems such as Workday, Salesforce, Atlassian, Core AI, or NICE CXOne Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Certifications in Pragmatic Marketing and / or Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt) are a strong plus Ability to operate with soft power—building relationships and influencing stakeholders
