Your day as a full-time Restaurant Prep Cook revolves around meticulous preparation and teamwork. You'll start by washing, chopping, and organizing ingredients with precision, ensuring that every dish is crafted to perfection. With each slice of the knife, you'll set the stage for culinary excellence, setting up workstations and ingredients for seamless meal preparation according to our time-honored recipes. You also undertake basic cooking duties, such as reducing sauces and parboiling food.
