Commercial Leap Ahead for Wide Bandgap Semiconductors ( CLAWS ) is looking to hire two post-doctoral research scholars to support the development of III-Nitride electronic devices. Work Schedule :
Monday through Friday 8-5 overtime as needed

We invite candidates with EDA / TCAD backgrounds, experimentalists, or those with both backgrounds. The successful candidate must demonstrate :
Some candidates will be tasked with significant cleanroom responsibility. Those candidates must be able to work on their feet up to 8 hours per day and manipulate semiconductor samples in a manual fabrication or test environment.
