About the Role
Bullpen, on behalf of our client, is seeking a Sales & Leasing Specialist to support sales, leasing, and marketing initiatives across 11 housing communities.
This role is ideal for a driven, entrepreneurial professional who enjoys building relationships, closing deals, and creating exceptional resident experiences. Youll play a key part in driving occupancy and revenue growth by marketing available homes, managing the full sales cycle, and engaging with residents to generate referral opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Market, sell, and lease homes across assigned communities to meet or exceed company goals.
Proactively self-generate and manage leads to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Conduct home showings, community tours, and open houses that convert prospects into buyers.
Execute the full sales process from inquiry through closing, including all documentation and CRM tracking.
Collaborate with on-site and regional leadership to implement local marketing initiatives.
Foster positive resident relationships and leverage referrals to drive ongoing sales and leasing success.
Qualifications
Proven success in a sales or leasing role, preferably within residential real estate.
Open to candidates with experience in other quota-bearing B2B or B2C sales environments.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Self-motivated, professional, and goal-oriented with a customer-first mindset.
Ability to work weekends and occasional holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent required; CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency preferred.
