job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProvide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including access control measures for employees, visitors, and contractors at the location. Monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access and / or suspicious activity within the food and beverage facility. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for the location. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter potential security-related concerns and / or breaches. Document and report any irregularities, such as property damage, theft, or unusual occurrences, in accordance with Allied Universal and client procedures. Assist with emergency response activities as needed, including guiding individuals during evacuations or other urgent situations. Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and contractors to provide information and assistance as required. Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. - Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
