Your Opportunity

The MCF (Mission Critical Facilities) Electrical Designer will launch his or her career as a Designer with the electrical engineering team. This role prepares project deliverables in accordance with Stantec's standards and performs basic technical tasks under the supervision of a Project Engineer.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Works with a team of technical staff to develop project deliverables ranging from design documents to technical reports.
• Applies knowledge of basic engineering concepts, principles, practices, and procedures for electrical design, calculations, analysis, and investigation.
• Coordinates tasks with other teams across the firm and outside consultants.
• Assists project engineer with more advanced technical activities.
• Uses appropriate technology and software (i.e. REVIT and CAD among others) to prepare project deliverables and production tasks assigned by project engineer.
