Top level agency in the DFW mid-cities area is looking for a Commercial Lines Service Director. This role is responsible for the commercial service department, leading a team of service and support staff to ensure the highest standards of client service, team performance, and operational efficiency.
Looking for a Leader with proven service management experience in a commercial insurance setting. Will lead and mentor the Service and Support staff and manage a small, select portfolio of key commercial accounts.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily operations, assignments, and performance evaluations
- Hire, onboard, and develop team members
- Build and maintain efficient workflows
- Manage remote and hybrid team members
- Supervise outsourced resources
- Collaborate with Sales / Marketing department to onboard new clients
- Collaborate with Claims Manager to optimize claims handling workflows
- Lead training initiatives
