job_description.job_card.job_descriptionmedical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401(k) with match, and paid time off Great work life balance with a predictable Monday - Friday schedule (shift time may vary depending on location) Professional growth opportunities : continued training, mentorship, and advancement Dynamic, team-oriented environment with performance-based bonuses and prizes Who We’re Looking For We are seeking a high-energy, self-motivated Sales professional with a passion for relationship-building. 2+ years of experience in Matchmaking / Dating industry membership sales Previous experience with high volume outbound calls Minimum of two years working in a remote role Must have a quiet distraction-free work space A 4-year degree (preferred areas : psychology, business, communications, or related field) - equivalent experience will be considered Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, especially over the phone Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a results-driven mindset Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (consultative sales experience is a plus) The ability to handle emotionally sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism Your Role & Responsibilities As a Sales Representative, your main responsibility will be to sell It’s Just Lunch memberships to busy singles over the phone. Using a consultative sales approach you will build rapport and discuss the potential client’s needs, then explain how our dating membership will benefit them. You will speak to clients about potential matches and select matches for your new client based on your interview.
