Providers board certified in Family Medicine (FM) or Internal Medicine (IM) must have and maintain ACLS and ATLS certification. All applicants must hold current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and ATLS certifications. An active LA license, state-controlled substance registration, and DEA license are also required. EMR : EPIC
