As a Construction Manager-Civil / Structural / Architectural (CSA) Work Package Owner (WPO), you'll join our collaborative team providing our clients with award-winning planning, engineering, architectural design, construction management, and design-build project delivery. We are looking for a passionate Construction Manager CSA WPO Professional in Cary / Wilson, NC who is driven by collaboration, exceeding expectations, and challenging the status quo.

Here's What You'll Need
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree
10+ years of construction management experience, with at least 5 years in a CSA leadership role on large industrial or Life Sciences projects.
Strong working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems / components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building required.
Demonstrated expert knowledge of Construction Management in Civil, Structural and Architectural
Experience leading contractors and Superintendents for current scope, engineering information, and document drawings / specifications for construction execution.
Ability to manage CSA scopes of work from the initial Bid Phase, through Execution, turnover, and close out of the Subcontract
Experience in monitoring project budgets to ensure project requirements are met.
Ideally, you'll have the following experience :
Ability to work with Engineering and Subcontracting to develop scopes of work for CSA related bid packages
Liaise between Subcontracts Department and Engineering assuring that all Engineering requirements are met as they relate to the Bid Phase process along with any changes / additions to the Bid Phase documents.
Works closely with the Subcontracts Administration team to identify bidders
Attends any Pre-Bid, clarification and post-Bid meetings
Develops a comprehensive Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE), which should include risk, sustainability, and schedule input.
Ensures technical bids conform to intent of Bid, including identification of gaps and any not yet bought and scope exceptions
Works with Subcontracts Administrator on Equalization / Normalization of bids

The base salary range for this position is $134,500.00 to $200,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
