This fully remote contract role offers the chance to lead complex research initiatives, collaborate with diverse cross-functional teams, and directly influence strategic product decisions. The position combines deep analytical thinking with creativity, empowering you to transform data into impactful design recommendations.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Lead mixed-methods user experience research projects with a strong quantitative focus.
  • Define UX success metrics and develop scalable research frameworks.
  • Plan, conduct, and analyze surveys and usability studies to uncover key insights.
  • Apply statistical analysis (SPSS, SQL, SAS) to interpret findings and inform strategy.
  • Communicate insights effectively to cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple research projects, balancing fast-paced priorities with high technical standards.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of research processes and tools.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience conducting applied UX research in a professional setting.
  • Proven ability to design, conduct, and analyze quantitative research studies.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Qualtrics, Medallia, FullStory, GlassBox, SPSS, SQL, and SAS.
  • Strong data visualization and presentation abilities (Figma, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence across functions.
  • Portfolio showcasing research process and deliverables is required.

    • Preferred Experience

  • Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in a relevant discipline.
  • Familiarity with UserTesting, Userlytics , or Protopie .
  • Experience conducting research in healthcare, technology, or e-commerce industries.
