Job Details

Responsibilities :

• Provide expert legal advice to clients on all aspects of estate planning, including wills, trusts, power of attorney, and living wills.
• Draft, review, and revise estate planning documents to ensure they are legally sound and meet the client's needs and wishes.
• Assist clients with wealth preservation planning, including advising on tax implications and strategies to protect and grow their wealth.
• Manage probate and trust administration processes, including preparing and filing necessary documents, representing clients in court, and resolving any disputes or issues that arise.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in tax and estate planning laws and regulations to ensure clients' plans remain compliant and effective.
• Build strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and working to understand their unique needs and goals.
• Collaborate with other members of the legal team to develop and implement comprehensive estate planning strategies.
