Job Type : Full-time

Description : Empower Behavioral Health (EBH) works closely with patients to provide compassionate, knowledgeable care through individualized ABA programs. Join our mission to make a difference!

Duties / Responsibilities :

Work 1 : 1 with patients in a clinic-based day program providing full-time ABA therapy for individuals diagnosed with autism or other developmental disabilities.
Track and record daily treatment via Catalyst and Central Reach.
Assist BCBA in implementing behavior reduction and skill acquisition plans.
Respond to feedback and maintain or improve performance.
Provide a safe and supportive environment for patients.

Requirements :

Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience working with children aged 18 months to 12 years.

Willingness to be trained on ABA principles.

Physical Requirements :

Ability to move or transport up to 50 lbs.

Ability to run or walk during 6-8 hour sessions.

Respond quickly to manage behaviors.

Ability to sit on the floor and transition quickly to respond to behaviors.

Physical ability to manage aggressive behaviors when needed.

Sufficient hearing and visual acuity to interact with devices and monitor environment.
