• Build lasting relationships with hospitals, healthcare partners, and community organizations to grow our census and skilled mix.
• Guide families and residents through the admissions process with empathy, understanding, and care.
• Use your knowledge of insurance and payor sources to ensure smooth and stress-free admissions.
• Collaborate with leadership to create and execute winning marketing and outreach strategies. What We’re Looking For
• Experience in post-acute or healthcare sales / marketing preferred.
