RESPONSIBILITIES :

REQUIREMENTS :

7+ years in UX / UI, product, or interaction design, with leadership experience.

Ability to navigate ambiguity and translate ideas into cohesive design strategies.

Deep knowledge of user experience design methods and principles.

Expertise in visual and interaction design, with attention to layout and hierarchy.

Proficiency in Figma and related tools.

Strong strategic and systems design skills.

Experience in design discovery and research methods.

Excellent communication and storytelling skills, experience with executive presentations.

Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end experience ownership and leadership.

Experience with AI-driven or emerging tech experiences.

Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills.

Knowledge of accessibility and usability standards.
