Compensation Analyst

The Compensation Analyst assists in performing job classification, analysis, and pricing, as well as other functions to support the overall administration of the organization's compensation programs.
Job Duties and Responsibilities :
Physical and Sensory Requirements :
Sitting for up to 7 hours per day, 3 hours at a time, frequently uses fingers for typing, data entry, etc. Frequent use of hands; uses upper extremities to rarely lift up to 10 pounds. Occasionally stoops, bends or reaches above shoulder level. Hearing as it relates to normal conversation, seeing as it relates to general vision, near vision, peripheral vision, and vision monotony.
Education :
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or other related field required and / or equivalent related work experience.
PHR / SPHR Certification preferred
Training and Experience :
Three years of experience in Human Resources required
Previous experience in a compensation role preferred
Previous experience in healthcare preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office with a focus in excel. Must demonstrate a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive, confidential situations and an ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization. Requires effective organization and time management skills, the ability to multi-task, work independently, and also a contributing team member.
