Nurse Manager
Job Summary : The Nurse Manager will be responsible for managing daily nursing operations, leading a team of nursing professionals, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This role involves coordinating patient care, implementing nursing policies, and supporting the overall goals of the facility.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff to ensure high standards of patient care.
- Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and care plans in compliance with regulations.
- Monitor patient outcomes and make adjustments to care plans as necessary.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide training, and foster professional development for nursing staff.
- Manage nursing department budgets, including staffing, supplies, and equipment.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Address and resolve patient and family concerns in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, as well as facility policies.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to strategic planning.
