Raytheon has an exciting opportunity within the Ground Based Surveillance (GBS) portfolio for a Proposal / Program Manager. This role will support Strategic Growth of the GBS portfolio, leading critical new-business activities as a Capture-Phase Program Manager. This is a high-visibility role that will work on strategic domestic and international pursuits within a high-growth portfolio. In this dynamic and fast paced environment, this candidate will be managing proposals including shaping proposal strategy, aligning key functions through the pursuit lifecycle including coordinating with Engineering, Estimating and Pricing, Proposal MPM, Procurement, Centralized Proposal Team, and supporting the transition to program execution team. This is an onsite position.

Relocation is not available for this position. The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills.
