Degree in accounting, business, finance, management, or a related field (or equivalent experience) : Provides a strong foundation for navigating hotel operations and making informed decisions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with POS / PMS systems, Birch Street, Concur, ProfitSage, Sage300, Workday : These tools ensure smooth operations, accurate reporting, and quick problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. Process Pro : Streamline operations and optimize efficiency across departments to keep things running smoothly.
