We’re seeking experienced Superintendents in Healthcare, Ground-Up, and Class A Interior Finish Outs. Join a client-focused team delivering safe, well-run projects and ethical practices

SUPERINTENDENT RESPONSIBILITIES :

Lead field operations to complete projects on time, under budget, and with quality
Manage scheduling (Microsoft Project), safety, compliance, and documentation
Communicate effectively with owners, designers, and project teams
Act as a constructability expert and ensure adherence to plans / specifications

QUALIFICATIONS :

At least 5+ years in healthcare construction (hospitals, clinics, acute care)

Experience in ground-up and finish-outs up to $10M

Procore & scheduling experience preferred

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Bachelor’s degree in construction science preferred
