job_description.job_card.job_descriptionTo be at least 18 years old. 1+ years of restaurant management experience (preferred). ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain). Strong business acumen and a proven track record of driving results. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and adapt to changing priorities. Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand / walk for up to 6 hours. Collaborate with the General Manager on decision-making, staffing, and problem-solving. Lead hiring, onboarding, and training efforts to build a high-performing team. Motivate, coach, and celebrate your team to achieve operational excellence. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards. Build meaningful relationships with guests and foster a culture of trust and warmth. Manage costs, inventory, and overall performance to drive success.
