Key Responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor on deal structure, quoting, and order form creation
Support the Quote-to-Cash process and resolve booking errors for the assigned sales region
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate booking metrics and maintain subscription data
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in Deal Desk, Pricing, or Revenue Operations, preferably in a SaaS environment
Proficiency in Salesforce, particularly in navigating Opportunities, Quotes, and Products
Understanding of the Quote-to-Cash process and related systems
Analytical mindset with experience working with revenue metrics
Self-starter with a process-driven approach and ability to manage multiple deals
