• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Provider certification\n
• STABLE certification\n
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in NICU, Labor and Delivery, Emergency Department, or Intensive Care nursing\n
• Must reside at least 90 miles from the Bozeman healthcare facility\n
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays\n
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and emotional intelligence skills\nNICU RN Responsibilities\n
• Deliver high-quality, family-centered neonatal care as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team\n
• Assess and monitor neonatal patients, initiating appropriate nursing interventions\n
• Collect and analyze comprehensive health data for NICU patients\n
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for neonates\n
• Promote a safe, supportive environment for patients and their families\n
• Engage in ongoing nursing education and self-evaluation to enhance clinical practice\n
• Participate in stroke competency education as required by the healthcare facility\n
