Service Technician

As the Service Technician at Dynamic National, your core responsibilities will be, but not limited to :

• Be main point of contact on-site during service calls, estimates and repairs
• Conduct scheduled roof repairs and emergency repairs as needed
• Conduct roof inspections, assessments and estimates for roof repairs
• Supervise crew when working on larger repairs to ensure full customer satisfaction
• Provide updates to customer and team members on status of service
• Document service (before and after photos), status updates, completion and upload to CRM
• Address any challenges occurring on the job site and provide timely, effective solutions
• Monitor and enforce site safety standards and compliance with all local regulations
• Perform post-work walk and / or verification with customer to ensure customer satisfaction
• Willing to travel for training when needed

Qualifications & Experience

Travel required 85% of the time with most travel being along the front range with occasional requests in the mountain regions, as needed.

Company vehicle and travel expenses provided.

Occasional weekend work required when needed.
