Responsibilities :

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Monitor and document residents’ health status and report changes promptly.
  • Supervise and assist CNAs to ensure quality care.
  • Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
  • Support the nursing team in maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.

    • Requirements :

  • Active LPN license in PA
  • Current CPR / BLS certification.
  • At least 6 months of recent experience in a nursing home or long-term care setting preferred.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and work independently in fast-paced environments.
