Compliance Analyst

Join our dynamic team as a Compliance Analyst in a structured 2-year program designed for recent college graduates. Analysts will gain exposure to key compliance functions like regulatory examinations and reporting, conflicts of interest management, monitoring and testing, anti-money laundering, and privacy. Analysts will receive structured training in all components of the asset manager compliance program while collaborating with cross-functional teams including Legal, Risk, Audit, Technology, and Investments. We currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will be required to work in-office 3 days a week.

Locations : Charlotte, NC, or Milwaukee, WI Program to commence in July 2026

Responsibilities :

  • Work effectively with Compliance and business line subject matter experts to implement and maintain compliance program and testing activities.
  • Conduct research on regulatory updates, industry best practices, and compliance trends; summarize findings for internal use.
  • Assist in drafting, updating, and organizing compliance policies, procedures, and training materials.
  • Assist in preparing materials for regulatory submissions or internal audits under supervision.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions, seeking opportunities to learn from experienced professionals and contribute to discussions.
