In-Home Care CLIENT CARE SUPERVISOR

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors and their families? We're seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Care Supervisor to join our team. In this key role, you'll be the heart of our client care operations, ensuring every client receives exceptional, compassionate service.

This is a full-time, in-office position located in Beaverton, OR. Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM.This position does require on-call responsibility for after normal business hours, weekends and holidays.

What You'll Do

As a Client Care Supervisor, you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients and the direct supervisor for our amazing caregivers. Your day will be a mix of administrative tasks and hands-on client and caregiver support, including :

  • Client Management : Conduct client intakes and assessments, as well as regular supervision and reassessments to ensure client satisfaction and well-being.
  • Caregiver Support : Provide orientation and introductions for new caregivers, offer ongoing supervision, and assist with scheduling.
  • Administrative Duties : Perform data entry, maintain accurate records, and answer incoming calls with a customer service-first approach.
  • Team Collaboration : Participate in an on-call rotation (some weekends) and, when needed, cover shifts to ensure our clients are always cared for.
  • Community Engagement : Occasionally assist with marketing or recruiting events to help our team grow.

What We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in non-medical in-home care and a passion for supporting both clients and caregivers.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience in Non-Medical In-Home Care .
  • Valid Oregon driver's license , personal vehicle, and insurance.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
  • Ability to pass a two-step background and fingerprinting process.
  • Punctual, organized, and self-motivated with excellent communication skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications (a plus, but not required) :

  • An Oregon active CNA certification.
  • An Oregon Nurse Delegation certification
  • Familiarity with In-Home Care Oregon Administrative Rules (OAR).
  • Experience with the AxisCare system.
