We’re seeking experienced CNC professionals to work on CNC mills, CNC lathes, and CNC programming using software like Surfcam, Mastercam, or similar . From intermediate setup and operation to advanced programming and mentoring, this role is your opportunity to advance your CNC career.

Pay Ranges

CNC Machinist II : $26.00 – $29.00 per hour

CNC Machinist III : $28.00 – $34.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

CNC Machinist II (Intermediate CNC Operator & Programmer)

Perform intermediate to complex CNC machining and programming.

Edit and optimize CNC programs for enhanced efficiency.

Design custom fixtures; calculate cutting speeds and feeds.

Train and mentor entry-level machinists.

Assist with estimating time and material costs for CNC jobs.

CNC Machinist III (Advanced CNC Setup & Programming)

Execute high-level CNC machining strategies independently.

Collaborate with project managers to scope and quote jobs.

Troubleshoot advanced CNC machining issues.

Mentor CNC Machinist I and II team members.

Knowledge of true 5-axis CNC machining a plus!

What We’re Looking For

• ️ CNC Machinist II : 2+ years of CNC experience; strong programming skills.
• ️ CNC Machinist III : 3+ years of advanced CNC experience; expertise in programming and mentoring.
• ️ High School Diploma or GED required; a machining degree or certification preferred.
• ️ Proficiency in Surfcam, Mastercam, and ERP systems (for Levels II - III).
