We are looking for a Collections Representative to join our team in a hybrid role, offering flexibility to work both in the office and from home. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a strong background in business-to-business (B2B) collections and exceptional customer service skills. You'll be a key part of our team, managing heavy outbound calls and ensuring a positive experience for our clients.

salary : $18 - $22 per hour

You'll be a key part of our team, managing heavy outbound calls and ensuring a positive experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Collections & Customer Service : Manage B2B collections through heavy outbound calling, providing excellent customer service to Canon’s clients.
• Problem-Solving : Resolve customer issues and concerns with a professional, customer-focused approach.
• Financial Management : Apply your knowledge of accounting and cash application to manage and reconcile accounts.
• Documentation & Communication : Maintain strong written and verbal communication skills, using both Microsoft Excel and Word to manage and track information.
