Facility is a Joint Commission Accredited community hospital and regional referral center with 171 beds. Certified Chest Pain Center and Level 3 Trauma center. Unit profile : ICU / CVICU, blended ICU specialty. Role : Registered Nurse (RN). Number of openings : 1. Shift : 7a-7p. Weekly guaranteed hours : 36. Call requirements : Yes. Float requirements : Intermediate Care Unit as primary RN, ED holding as needed. Patient population : Adult and Geriatric. Common diagnoses / treatments include STEMI, NSTEMI, COPD exacerbation, Sepsis, CABG, Valve repair / replacement, Acute Respiratory Failure, A. Fib RVR, ETOH Withdrawal, Head Injury, Overdose, Stroke, Trauma, CRRT, TCAR & TVAR. Required certifications : BLS, ACLS, NIH. Minimum 2 years of experience. Travel experience is a plus. Shift : 7a-7p. Weekly guaranteed hours : 36. Call requirements : Yes. No block schedule requests; 48-hour shifts can be considered but not guaranteed. Flexible shift preference accepted (day or night). Unit : ICU / CVICU blended ICU specialty. Number of beds : 16. Patient ratio : 1 : 2. Float to Intermediate Care Unit as primary RN and ED holding as needed. Common diagnoses include cardiac events, respiratory failure, stroke, trauma, and complex procedures like CRRT, TCAR & TVAR. Start dates are firm; candidates should be submitted for the listed start date only. Housing options are available. No unacceptable attire specified. Scrub color not specified. Equipment used includes Baxter pumps. EHR system : Medhost.
