Advanced Practice Recruiter

A company is looking for an Advanced Practice Physician Recruiter (APP).

Key Responsibilities

Identify recruitment needs and collaborate with hiring managers to develop recruitment plans

Sourcing candidates through various channels including job boards and social media

Screening and interviewing candidates, negotiating offers, and managing recruitment data

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or 2+ years of APP recruitment experience or equivalent experience

5 years of experience with MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and LinkedIn Recruiter

Experience in interpreting Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Service Level Agreements (SLA)
