Position : Part-Time Maintenance Assistant

Edenbrook Green Bay is seeking a compassionate Part-Time Maintenance Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being in a warm and supportive environment.

Hours : 24–30 hours per week | Monday–Friday | Schedule can be flexible (half days, 3 full days, etc.) | Occasional on-call, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Responsibilities :

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs.
• Conduct painting and drywall repairs as needed to maintain the appearance of our facilities.
• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
• Assist in the planning and execution of preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure optimal functionality.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to coordinate maintenance activities and prioritize tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and inventory levels.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
