A reputable local mechanic shop is seeking an experienced and motivated Automotive Service Manager to join their team!

Service Manager Schedule :

  • Monday to Friday 8 : 00 am –5 : 00 pm.
  • Saturdays 8 : 00 am –12 : 00 pm.

Service Manager Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing service needs and concerns.
  • Answering phone calls.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate service updates.
  • Creating work schedules and ensuring adequate staffing levels.
  • Supervise service advisors, technicians, and other service staff to maintain efficient operations.
  • Monitor service schedules to optimize workflow and minimize customer wait times.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized service department.
  • Oversee parts inventory, ordering, and cost control.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and business partners.
  • Service Manager Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 1 year in automotive service management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in service management software and scheduling tools.
  • Knowledge of automotive repair processes and industry regulations.
  • Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Service Manager Pay :

  • $15-$20 per hour depending on experience.
