A reputable local mechanic shop is seeking an experienced and motivated Automotive Service Manager to join their team!
Service Manager Schedule :
- Monday to Friday 8 : 00 am –5 : 00 pm.
- Saturdays 8 : 00 am –12 : 00 pm.
Service Manager Responsibilities :
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing service needs and concerns.Answering phone calls.Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate service updates.Creating work schedules and ensuring adequate staffing levels.Supervise service advisors, technicians, and other service staff to maintain efficient operations.Monitor service schedules to optimize workflow and minimize customer wait times.Maintain a safe, clean, and organized service department.Oversee parts inventory, ordering, and cost control.Maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and business partners.Service Manager Qualifications :
Minimum of 1 year in automotive service management or a similar role.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent customer service and communication abilities.Proficiency in service management software and scheduling tools.Knowledge of automotive repair processes and industry regulations.Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work in a fast-paced environment.Service Manager Pay :
$15-$20 per hour depending on experience.#HKY
