Responsibilities :

We seek a seasoned Senior Staff DevOps Engineer reported into our Manager, Software Engineering.  This is an opportunity to influence the availability of Unified Experience Platform and significantly impact our global customer base.  It’s a hybrid position reporting into our San Jose, CA office 3 days a week.  In this role, you will :

• Design, develop, and maintain robust automation and CI / CD pipelines for application deployment across public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Manage and monitor containerized applications within Kubernetes environments.
• Develop and deploy critical tooling for application logging, monitoring, and reporting (e.g., Grafana, LogStash).
• Architect and deploy secure cloud infrastructure, ensuring adherence to compliance requirements (e.g., CIS, STIG).
• Provide support and maintenance for specialized cloud security products like Zscaler, and demonstrate familiarity with CDNs.

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission / bonus / equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range

$154,000 - $220,000 USD
