Are you passionate about leading teams to operational success? Join our team as our Clinical Operations Manager! This individual will strategically lead our clinical field team to achieve operational excellence through establishing targets, rolling out updated procedures, coaching and mentoring the team, etc.
Key Responsibilities :
Work alongside the General Manager to identify strategic level / long-term opportunities for program growth, geographic expansion, and operational scalability, including workforce planning and resource allocation.
Ensure all existing clinical operations and care delivery meet applicable state and federal regulations, licensure requirements, and guidelines.
Oversee internal quality checks on clinical staff submittals, risk mitigation, and implementation of corrective action plans as needed.
Drive creation of quality initiatives, process change initiatives and operating adjustments that exceed business plan. Train all clinical staff on new or adjusted initiatives.
Set KPIS and / or targets for the clinical team to achieve based on their VFAs, case load, and other auditable data submitted to the Customer Success Specialist.
Optimize use of technology platforms (case management tools, CRM, reporting dashboards) to track performance, streamline documentation, and enable data-driven decision making.
Develop and manage formal performance reviews of the clinical staff.
Participate in recruiting to identify and evaluate new clinical team members and internal / external candidates for promotion and hire.
Champion a culture of person-centered care, clinical quality, and caregiver satisfaction by driving best practices, reviewing trends, and analyzing care manager outcomes.
Work closely with support staff (Customer Success Specialist, Sales Team, General Manager) to build and secure support and resources for projects and initiatives in their area.
Experience as a Clinician (LSW / LISW or RN) is preferred.
What You Will Bring :
Minimum seven years of experience in managing teams with a headcount of 50+ salaried employees.
Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, driving operational efficiencies, and delivering measurable outcomes in dynamic environments.
Bachelor’s degree is required.
Experience operating in ambiguity and high stress environments.
Prior experience with performance metrics, process improvement and training roll out.
Prior experience with the full staffing lifecycle, including interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions and termination.
Demonstrated ability to interpret data, set KPIs, and execute strategic plans in alignment with organizational goals.
Understanding of healthcare operations, care management, and relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g., HCBS waivers, SFC, or Medicaid-related programs) is preferred.
