About the Role

The Operations Associate, Investor Services our investors receive best-in-class service across every touchpoint. You'll act as a key link between our Community, Sales, and Investor Relations teams — resolving inquiries, refining processes, and shaping how we engage with our investors.This is a full-time role based in Manchester, NH, reporting to the Director of Investor Relations. It's an exciting opportunity for someone eager to grow in the venture capital industry while delivering exceptional service to high-net-worth investors.

What You'll Do

• Provide timely, high-quality support to investors and prospects via email and phone
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and streamline workflows across investor touchpoints
• Improve and operationalize playbooks, processes, and tools that drive investor satisfaction
• Collaborate across departments to enhance client engagement and outcomes
• Use CRM systems, data, and automation to streamline workflows and measure performance

Compensation on this role is $65,000 plus bonus, equity and benefits.
