Server Location : FastTrax Entertainment – Fort Myers, FL
Department : Food & Beverage
Reports To : Bar Lead / Bar Manager
Position Type : Part-Time / Full-Time
Overview :
Servers at FastTrax deliver more than just food—they deliver the full guest experience. Whether serving at tables or in the lounge. Our servers keep the energy high and the service fast and friendly. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume, high-fun environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet guests and take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver orders to dining tables, duckpin bowling lanes, or lounge seating
- Upsell food items, drinks, and specials when appropriate
- Operate POS system and handle payments (cash and card)
- Work closely with kitchen, bar, and food runners to ensure timely service
- Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve issues proactively
- Maintain cleanliness and reset tables quickly for the next group
- Follow all food safety and alcohol service policies
Qualifications :
Previous serving experience preferred but not required
