Impact Recruiting Solutions is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility in Camden, Maine . This is a full-time opportunity to provide critical care to geriatric patients in a supportive, collaborative, and patient-centered environment.

Position Details :

  • Location : Camden, ME
  • Employment Type : Full-Time
  • Schedule : 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM
  • Hourly Rate : $42 – $47 / hr (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct evaluations and create customized treatment plans
  • Deliver therapy targeting speech, language, and swallowing issues
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams
  • Supervise CFYs and support personnel
  • Maintain documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy strategies

    Requirements

    Qualifications :

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Maine SLP license
  • Valid driver's license or reliable transportation
  • CCC-SLP certification (or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship)
  • Preferred : Experience with SNFs or geriatric populations
  • Technical strengths in dysphagia management and cognitive-communication therapy
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
