Your Role & Responsibilities

As a Sales Consultant at Walt Massey, you’ll be the face of our dealership—building lasting relationships and helping customers find the vehicle that’s just right for them.

Build genuine, long-term client relationships

Engage customers with consultative selling and attentive listening

Demonstrate deep knowledge of product features, packages, and cutting-edge technologies

Deliver professional, high-quality presentations and test drives

Follow up with buyers to ensure satisfaction and drive referral business

Learn how to handle objections and thrive in a goal-oriented environment

Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to track progress and set performance goals

Maintain a positive, energetic attitude every day
