CONTENT FLEET ist eine digitale Content-Marketing-Agentur mit Sitz in der schönsten Stadt der Welt. Wir sind über 200 Flottenmitglieder und alle individuelle, kreative Originale. Stellenbeschreibung

DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Du schneidest unterschiedliche Videoformate mit Blick für Rhythmus, Dramaturgie und Wirkung – von Social Clips bis zu längeren Formaten.
  • Du bringst Visual Effects und Compositing gezielt zum Einsatz und sorgst damit für visuelle Highlights und einen professionellen Look.
  • Du entwickelst eigene Motion-Design-Elemente und unterstützt dabei, unseren visuellen Stil weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Wenn du Erfahrung in 3D-Animation hast, bringst du deine Ideen gerne in passende Projekte ein – z.B. für Infografiken oder visuelle Akzente.
  • Du denkst crossmedial und produzierst Inhalte, die auf verschiedenen Plattformen funktionieren und unsere Markenwelt konsistent transportieren.

Qualifikationen

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

  • Du hast fortgeschrittene Erfahrung im Umgang mit Schnitt- und Effektprogrammen wie Adobe Premiere Pro und After Effects. Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse im Motion Design mit und setzt Animation gezielt zur Markeninszenierung ein.
  • Du arbeitest sicher mit Photoshop und hast ein gutes Auge für Gestaltung und Details.
  • Wenn du Kenntnisse in 3D-Modeling oder Animation hast – zum Beispiel in Cinema 4D – ist das ein großes Plus.
  • Du bist technisch versiert und findest auch bei komplexen Setups oder Postproduktionsthemen pragmatische Lösungen.
  • Du hast ein feines Gespür für Design, Markenästhetik und aktuelle Bewegtbildtrends.
  • Du sprichst sehr gutes Englisch und fühlst dich auch in einem internationalen Teamumfeld wohl.
