What Were Looking For :
We are looking for a licensed and driven Health Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team! In this role, youll focus on helping individuals and families navigate the world of health insurance including Medicare, Short- and Long-Term Disability, and supplemental income protection products. Youll play a crucial role in helping customers feel secure and prepared for the future, while contributing directly to the agencys growth.
A strong candidate will bring the following qualifications and traits :
Must be able to obtain or have an active Property & Casualty, Life & Health Insurance License (required prior to start)Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience in health insurance products such as Medicare, Disability, or Supplemental PlansClear and confident communicator with a passion for helping othersOrganized, self-motivated, and goal-orientedKey Responsibilities :
Educate and assist customers in selecting appropriate health insurance productsSell Medicare supplement plans, supplemental health, disability, and income protection productsStay current on health insurance regulations and product offeringsFollow up on leads and generate new opportunities through outreach and referralsBuild and maintain long-term relationships with customers and prospectsDocument all sales activities accurately within the agency CRM systemMeet and exceed individual sales goals and agency performance benchmarksWhy Choose a Career with Allen State Farm Insurance?

Base Pay (without commission, no prior experience) = $41,600Average Salary (with commission) = $62,400Top Earners (with commission) = $76,000+
