We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cable Technician Operations Supervisor to lead and manage a team of cable technicians in delivering top-quality installation, maintenance, and repair services. This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive operational efficiency, ensure safety compliance, and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise and mentor a team of cable technicians, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations to foster growth and excellence.
• Plan and coordinate daily technician schedules, routes, and workloads to ensure efficient service delivery and minimal downtime.
• Serve as the primary point of escalation for complex technical issues, guiding technicians through troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Conduct site audits, inspect completed work, and implement quality control measures to ensure all installations and repairs meet industry and company standards.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including completion rates, first-time fixes, and customer satisfaction, and implement strategies for improvement.
• Act as a liaison between customers and technicians to address concerns, manage expectations, and deliver exceptional service.
• Oversee inventory of tools, equipment, and materials, ensuring availability for all jobs while managing costs effectively.
• Identify inefficiencies in workflows and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
