About The Role

The Object Platform at Rippling is the core bet of our platform strategy. There are early signals making us confident in our approach. We set out in accomplishing three key goals :

• ZObjects : A world class object store which brings the world of hybrid transactional and analytical (HTAP) capabilities to our customers and developers
• Custom Apps : This object model can power non technical customers to build, model and automate their necessary business processes via a custom application builder providing what you see is what you get.
• Application Platform : The same capabilities supercharge a world class application development platform for both first and third party developers

This senior engineering management role will oversee all three areas of this charter.

The pay range for this role is : 198,000 - 346,500 USD per year (US Tier 1)
