A company is looking for a Registered Nurse Coordinator - Night Shift.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and triage patients based on vitals and alerts, following standardized protocols

Follow up with patients with abnormal readings and manage patient treatment plans

Provide administrative support, respond to patient inquiries, and document clinical interactions

Required Qualifications

Compact multi-state licensure (RN compact)

4+ years of experience treating CHF, hypertension, and diabetes patients

Passion for improving healthcare through digital innovation

Ability to independently monitor patient vitals and identify clinical intervention needs
